How to Delete Your Account

Follow these simple steps to delete your MAKstudy account directly from the mobile application:

• 1 Open the MAKstudy App: Launch the MAKstudy application on your mobile device and ensure you are logged into your account.
• 2 Navigate to Manu: Tap on the menu bar (usually three lines).
• 3 Click on "Delete account": It shows a popup for confirmation.
• 4 Verification: Authentication for deleting account.
• 5 Authentication: Type your password for authentication purposes.
• 6 Final Confirmation: After password verification, confirm your decision to delete the account. Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.

What Happens After Deletion

When you delete your MAKstudy account, the following actions are taken immediately and permanently:

Data Permanently Deleted:

• Personal Information: Your name, email address, and any profile information stored in our Firebase authentication system will be completely removed.
• Account Credentials: Your login credentials, including encrypted passwords, will be permanently deleted from our authentication database.
• App Usage Data: Any preferences, settings, bookmarks, or progress tracking data associated with your account will be eliminated.
• Communication History: Any support tickets, feedback, or communication history linked to your account will be removed from our systems.

Immediate Effects:

• Login Access Removed: You will immediately lose access to your account and cannot log in using your previous credentials.
• App Data Reset: If you have the app installed, all personalized content and saved data will be cleared.
• Email Notifications Stopped: You will no longer receive any emails or notifications from MAKstudy.

Password Re-verification Required:

Before your account can be deleted, you must re-enter your current password. This security measure ensures that:
